7.5 The Bank will never ask customers to disclose their confidential PIN, password, CVV or OTP for the purpose of verifying or updating their account.

7.6 Customers should immediately report any suspected unauthorised transaction, loss of card, compromise of credentials or suspicious activity to the Bank through the appropriate official channels.

The Bank’s customer-awareness guidance specifically advises customers not to share debit card numbers, expiry dates, CVV, PIN, OTP or passwords with anyone.
